She founded Pharma by Irosha – Institute of Pharmacology with a mission to share her deep knowledge and real-world expertise with the next generation of pharmacy professionals. Throughout her career, she has worked in both hospital and community pharmacy settings, gaining insight into every aspect of pharmacy practice — from dispensing and patient counseling to inventory and medication safety.
